Many Thanks to new and old members who volunteered to run rallies next year. The quantity and quality of rallies have proved very popular this year with our members and those from other clubs. As the good word spreads, we have been assured to see many more out next year to enjoy the fun weekends and holiday rallies,
Chairman's View
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members & all of our stewards who have run rallies and supported us this year. I think overall it has been a very enjoyable year with all weekend rallies being full of enjoyment and good weather and most of all brilliant company. We look forward to seeing you all on next year's rallies.

Membership
Your membership is now due; £15 for existing members and £16 for new members.  Non Unit membership £2.                        All existing membership must be renewed before 31st January 2010 otherwise it will be deemed as lapsed membership. Honorary Membership
Have you been a member for a consecutive five years and are sixty or over? Then you are entitled to become an honorary member. How?  Please send your written application to the Club secretary: Mrs Jenny Tame. (Same address as above)
Future Rallies
You will be receiving your new 2010 Rally book soon so enjoy looking at what we have on offer. Look carefully at the rally information as to whether they are limited, have electrics or require a deposit. When you have decided which rallies you want to attend make sure your slips are complete on both front and back, then post to the Rally secretary or email to lrccc@982.eclipse.co.uk
AGM
Fillongley proved to be a very popular weekend.  More Members attended the meeting and enjoyed the buffet. Next year we hope to increase the attendance even more by laying on evening entertainment.
It was agreed to trial the extend hours of generator use; 11am to 1pm and 5pm to 7pm but must not be left unattended.
Children' Christmas Cards
Many thanks to all who have handed them in. If yours is complete you must make sure you hand them in before the Christmas Rally Please make certain to get a new card for 2010. Either inform your membership officer when renewing your membership or contact Jenny. Each time your children or grandchildren stay with you on a rally ask the stewards to sign the card. When you have four signatures on your card hand them to Kim Matthews; youth leader or to any committee member. These children are then entitled to an additional present from Santa for supporting their Club.
Youth section
We have a great Christmas party; Saturday morning at 10am older children will be going to Quasar followed by a bite to eat.  1pm children's entertainer and Santa .The Youth Rally, which is on 7th-9th May'09 at Hampton House Farm, Kineton. The youth are organising a Sponsored Walk. Saturday evening the youth have organised our very own X Factor talent night. Not to be missed so put it in your diary!

We have great entertainment for you this weekend so don't forget to book your place on the rally early, as it will be even more popular this year or purchase a ticket for the evening cost £7 per adult.

We now have two Brand new Pennants. Not only do they look great but they can show how proud we are of our Club.

Association Rally
At the AGM members were asked if they would be interested in running an Association rally in 2011. Ten members volunteered to form a subcommittee to organise it. This has been proposed to the BL AGM for agreement. If you can spare the time and give your commitment then please contact Jenny.
Stars in their caravans
This year we have a welcome return of the Legendary LRCCC all stars.  Show off your entertaining talents and don't worry if you really can't sing, miming is allowed. If you want to know more about taking part please contact

Book Club
Do you like to read?   Look out for books on sale at coffee morning. Funds raised go to the children's Christmas fund.
