The Club known then as the "Rover Camping and Caravan Club" was formed in 1973, the first rally was held at Holt Farm, Southam where they also held their 10th Birthday Rally in 1983.

In May 1985 the Club was renamed as we know it today to the "Land Rover Camping and Caravan Club".

The 20th Birthday Rally was held at Moira Miners Club in 1993, the 30th at Stratford Racecourse, the 40th Birthday at Victoria Farm, Claybrook in 2013. Followed by the most recent, the 45th Birthday Rally held at Ludlow Racecourse in 2018 which was a great success.

The club has gone from strength to strength thanks to the support and commitment of all our members and committee.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary at Ludlow Racecourse in August 2023.
