Thank you for supporting our rallies during 2019 and we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year.
It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of the passing of John Harper. John & Julie have been good supporters of LRCCC for many years and were always popular marshals at Pentewan. John was a great support to Julie during her many years on the Committee and as Chair of LRCCC. His funeral will take place on Monday 16th December at 1.30pm at Robin Hood Crematorium, and afterwards at The Ivy Leaf Social Club, B26 3JR. The family have asked for some space for the next few days, but would very much like to see as many people as possible at the funeral. All our love goes to Julie and the family.

Hello to everyone, I hope you have all recovered from the wet & soggy Easter Bank Holiday and are now looking forward to what we hope will be a glorious summer. Which brings me to reason for this posting.
The Association Fun Rally at Victoria Farm Claybrook Magna will soon be upon us, so if you are thinking of joining us for what we hope will be a lovely weekend please submit your rally slips A.S.A.P. We had more than 50 caravans last year so it would be wonderful if we could beat that amount this year.
This is a charity rally so we are hoping for as much support as possible. We also depend on your generosity, so if you would like to donate to our bottle stall or our raffle it would be most appreciated. In your rally book the cost of the rally is £25.00 for the weekend and it means just that, although it states that this is a 3 day rally anyone who arrives on Thursday will be charged £8.00 for the extra night.
There is one change to what is printed in the rally book, unfortunately the Tin Shack Catering Company have had to cancel this year, but hopefully we will have a replacement, I will let you know further on this as soon as I have it confirmed. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

This site offers an outdoor pool with slides, covered pool, lagoon, entertainment, shop, takeaway & children's activities.
It is 2.5 miles from the beach and the seaside resort of Ronce des Bains and the market town of La Tremblade. The site is on the edge of a national forest with numerous cycle paths, we have been allocated an area together for our rally.
The cost of the site for 2 adults is approx £690 for 2 weeks, £1020 for 3 weeks, we can also help you with advice on various ferry crossing options and we can book the ferry for you as well if you wish. Mid week ferries normally work out cheaper but we can look at all options for you.
Contact Ian Derbyshire 07787 528777 or Julie Derbyshire 07973 182928 for any advice.

We thank Claire for all her hard work and support for the club, she will be greatly missed. But on a happy note Dean Sharpe is stepping into the membership role taking us forward into the future.
It's my sad duty to inform you that Mary Trussler (Mary & Malc) has passed away this morning after a short illness. Mary and Malc have been members of Land Rover for many years and have always been a welcome site on every rally they attended bringing a smile to everybody they met. Mary was in Kathryn House Hospice in Banbury were she was with her family when she finally passed away this morning.
Our thoughts go out to Malcolm and his family Sharon, Clive and Martin at this sad time
