Lovely flat site next to the river with toilets and showers. 1 mile walk into Shrewsbury for Castle, gardens, shops & bars. County show on Saturday 28th (entry included) with livestock, tractors, food, drink & market stalls; kids’ activities; main arena with displays and music. We will celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on the Thursday/Friday bank holiday. 90’s revival show on site 3rd/4th June (extra cost). Probably going to be noisy until late. EHU available for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Travel along the A5 to Shrewsbury. At island with A49 turn right onto A49. After 3 miles at Battlefield Island take 2nd exit onto A5124. After 1 mile take 2nd exit at island onto A528. After 2 miles turn right at traffic lights onto B5067 SP Agricultural Showground. Entrance to showground is on the left after 1/4mile.
